How to file the application

2 An application number will come up which you must give to the school, but also save until the end of the selection process (you’ll receive an e-mail sent to the address which you have given us so that you don’t forget it).
 
3 On the same screen, open the student application form, which you must fill in first and then print.
4 Once the form has been printed out, both you and your parent or guardian have to sign it and you must also write a covering letter, in which you detail your time in education and why you wish to take part in the E2C3s.
 
5 Submit the application form duly filled in and signed along with the personal letter addressed to the tutor so he/she can send in all applications from the same school together.

 

 
Teacher and Tutor
1 With the student application number they have been given,
  the teacher must choose and fill in a science, maths or technology teacher (Catalan version)
  recommendation form, while the
  tutor should do the same with the tutor, director of studies or head teacher (Catalan version) recommendation form.
 
2 Click ‘send’ to submit the forms.

Each school can submit a total of three applicants. The tutor should send all applications from the same school together. As soon as he/she has collected all the applicants' documents:

  • Application forms duly filled in and signed
  • And the cover letters of the applicants

These must be sent to us by post using the pre-paid envelope included in the information folder.
